Swim Lessons

YWCA Swim Lessons are taught in accordance with regulations set forth by the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program.  The program is taught and supervised by certified lifeguards.  Classes are 45 minutes and the cost is $100 per two week session (8 classes and one parent observation day per session). 

Ages: 5-12 years old

Level Descriptions

Tadpole – Water Adjustment. Objective: To help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely

Guppy – Fundamental Skills/Learning to Swim. Objective: To give students success with fundamental skills

Fish – Stroke Development. Objective: To build on skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice.

Swim lesson registration opens to Summer Day Camp families on March 1st. Registration opens to the public on April 1st.

**If you are not enrolled in our Summer Day Camp program, please fill out the information located in the link below and set up your myprocare account. Once we receive your registration form, we will reach out within one business day to collect your payment and select your swim lesson class.**
