After School Care
The YWCA After School Program is having an exciting school year. We accept children ages four to twelve years old. Arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor activities, and movies are all part of this year’s schedule. Time is set aside for homework (if requested by the parent). We have a counselor in the homework room to help the children with their homework daily.
Registration Fee: $55 fee per child
Weekly Tuition: $70 per child (regardless if your child attends due to limited availability on our vans)
Transportation
The YWCA transports children from the following schools: Phoenix Magnet, Caroline Dormon, Rapides Academy, Nachman, Cherokee, Rosenthal Montessori and Peabody Montessori.
After School registration is open for the 2023-2024 school year. Space is limited, so register ASAP.

Read the After School Care Parent Booklet
Please read the After School Parent Booklet before registering your child(ren).

Begin Registration Process
Begin registration by clicking the REGISTER NOW button below.
3.
Confirm your Email Address
Type in your email address. Check your email and copy your confirmation number. Paste your confirmation number into the registration link.
4.
Complete Registration Form
Complete the registration form and submit.
5.
Setup Automatic Payments
Once we receive your completed registration form, we will call to set up automatic payments.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All accounts must be set up on our automatic payment system.
Upon registration someone from our office will contact you to receive this information from you.
